It doesnat matter if they donat believe in you!

Jesus Christ mentioned to his disciples that a prophet has no honour in his own town and it is clearly still very evident today.

We are constantly judged and limited daily by those closest to us namely our family members and friends because of familiarity.A usa discount cialis.

People who are unaware of our background tend to accept us more readily than our own. Those who know us tend to believe that because they know where we came from, our parents, the schools we went to and so on they are able to tell what we can and cannot do.

From my family bible studies conducted over the last few days my husband and I realized how reluctant Jesus was to perform any miracles in his home town Nazareth. His own people did not believe in Him.

They commented, “Isn’t this the son of Joseph?” and “Isn’t his mother Mary? So how then is he saying he came from heaven?” Our own people say similar things about us all the time, “Oh she’s just a girl from Allman Town, she’s not capable of doing anything out of the ordinary” or “We know Jamar, his mom was a farm worker – Nothing special about him” or, “She is a party girl, she can’t become a Christian”

It is sad that we have to deal with this unbelief and constant talking down from people who should be encouraging us.

Today I am encouraging you to take heart! Do not be discouraged! Their unbelief cannot and will not stop you. Soon they will see the truth about who you are and who God has called you to be. If they do not support you God will send support from elsewhere, especially when you need it most.

Do not allow people’s limitation to prevent you from fulfilling your purpose! It is their loss and not yours! Move forward, the work must be done and you have to die EMPTY giving the world all that God has placed within you.

“And they took offense at Him. But Jesus said to them, A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his own household.” And He did not do many miracles there because of their unbelief.” – Matthew 13:57-58
